RIGID BOTTLES / Stainless steel + Tritan

Durability, insulation, and brand expression—engineered together.

Rigid programs can combine hydroformed stainless steel, injection- and blow-molded plastics, lead-free glass-bead vacuum insulation, and a broad surface language—from paint and powder coat to PVD, electroplating, direct-to-bottle printing, and customization.

We develop squeeze systems around grip, flow, access, and repeatability—using injection and blow molding, standard or push-pull valves, co-material grip solutions, direct printing, heat transfer, and program-specific quality validation.

Soft-flask programs integrate RF-welded bodies, injection-molded components, bite valves, direct printing, and customization around the fit, access, and movement demands of the use occasion.

We develop molded jugs and coolers with automated PU-foam insulation and a configurable hardware library that can include wheels, handles, spigots, latches, and quick-access lids.
